Foraged Dyes Workshop

Join us for a hands-on workshop about dyeing fabric using locally foraged materials!

fabric that is dyed multiple colors

Fiber artist Liz Bonny will lead a discussion about the process of dyeing fabric using natural materials and participants will have an opportunity to try their hand at it!

Inspired by Katie West’s work, Clearing, in the Actions for the Earth: Art, Care, & Ecology exhibition, participants will be able to try out two different techniques for dyeing a project that they’ll get to take home. This event is free. All supplies will be provided. Space and supplies are limited. This same program will be offered again on Wednesday, November 20.
